Lady Lou - Butterfly

As a child my grandmother would tell me stories about the butterflies on the opal fields.

She always said that it was legend amongst opal miners that if you see a butterfly out on the fields and followed it, it would lead you to this precious gem...

These words of wisdom inspired my butterfly collection.

Hand forged with sterling silver this unique gem stone has an unusual play of colour, that you see clearly as you move her from side to side. It's truly a very pretty stone!

The stone measures 20mm by 8mm.

The pendants measurement is 4.5cm by 3.5cm
